We recently replaced all the windows in our living room, which meant replacing all the old cellular shades too. After online research we chose Sunlera cordless shades from Blinds Chalet in order to stay within our limited budget. The quality of the shades was a pleasant surprise and we fully expect them to last several years - at least. The customer service was excellent. The blinds arrived within one week, the order completely accurate and satisfactory. We'll be choosing blackout shades for the bedrooms next. Thank you, Blinds Chalet.

The cordless shades arrived quickly in well protected packaging. They were the exact length I ordered and fit perfectly. They were easy to install. They have been up for about a month. I have lowered and raised them, as recommended, each day with ease.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
